Informal learning is just great. One learns while having fun , or at least learns in a fun way under a few other conditions - learning is focused on the individual, learning is planned and limited in time, each individual is active during activities, each individual is responsible for their own learning process, each individual reflects his own development. It is a large range of activities, you can meet energizers, ice breaks, teambuilding, debates, group work, simulation games, role-playing games, evaluation activities and more. At the same time, many different elements can be involved in activities - music, painting, activity, theater, sports, photos, videos, writing, whatever. It is a great activity where personal and personal development takes place. In addition, one learns how all that he enjoyed will improve his biography, how he developed, what new knowledge he acquired, what new skills he acquired or which he developed, what attitudes he changed or acquired. And it connects this with individual competencies - abilities that we have acquired and are written in CVs and will help us in our career growth. Whether it's soft competencies, which are very important today, or others. Informal learning is a great way to work on yourself and experience great things at the same time.
